A long-lasting exterior/interior paint for stucco, concrete or masonry walls

Silacote Concrete and Masonry Primer is ideal for stabilizing loose, powdery surfaces prior to painting. Silacote Primer is specially formulated as a base coat to provide good adhesion for Silacote Masonry Paint. It has all the same beneficial characteristics such as: water vapor permeability, incombustibility, mold, mildew and algae prevention, radiant heat barrier, color fast, zero VOC, and is environmentally safe.

The primer should be mixed 1/3 parts primer to 2/3 parts paint Silacote paint. Even though Silacote paint is a thick product, it will not fill deep wide voids. These should be filled prior to priming and painting with Silacote filler. This is a wonderful product which performs much like Silacote, and is very easy to work with.

Uses: interior or exterior over new concrete, stucco, lime plaster, cement plaster, cement board, sand-lime brick, or gypsum wall board. Not suitable for floors.
