Please call to arrange with a GBS eco-advisor. 888.727.2101AFM Safecoat Grout Sealer increases water-resistance, minimizes the penetration of liquids, helps prevent stains and inhibits mold and mildew. It dries to the touch in an hour and cures within 24 hours.
Although AFM Safecoat Grout Sealer is designed specifically for unsealed tile grout, it may also be effectively used on a variety of porous cementitious surfaces. Please test first. For previously-sealed grout, conduct several small test patches for absorption and compatibility.
NOTE: Grout Sealer is not meant to be used in fully submerged situations (like bathtub floors). It's meant for wall and floor tiles in bathrooms and showers.
AFM recommends the use of our Blissfully Clean all-purpose clay cleaner to remove any excess that may have been left on your tile, painted walls or woodwork.
