A neighbor made me a mailbox out of nice untreated pine in the shape of a barn. I need a treatment that will seal the mailbox so water doesn't get through to the inside, between each piece of wood used to form the barn shape. He did a terrific job, but I do worry about small leaks. Any suggestions? View answer

I am wanting to seal raw cedar to protect it from snow and rain. I am looking for a penetrating oil WITHOUT UV protection. I have been told the added UV protectants will cause the cedar to take on an orange/red coloring. I want to preserve it's natural light color. Does this product fit the bill? View answer

Hi, I am looking to seal a cypress, outdoor ceiling as clear as possible with UV protection. I would like to maintain the natural appearance of the wood(no stain), Will your product work for this application without cracking, pealing or discoloring over time? Hello, used 2 coats on teak and mahogany bench swing...love the product, the way it goes on, no awful smell all great. Question: I noticed after several weeks the wood grain was raised considerably and felt dry. We tested with water and it does bead up. Is it typical for the grain to raise after application?
