I have a new unfinished Redwood post/ livestock panel garden fence. it's in an area where the clay soil stays very moist and gets lots of overwater.Which product would be better to seal against moisture absorption? I have a new cedar fence that I'm looking to seal against weather and UV rays to preserve it longer; which of your products would you recommend for a brand new fence? I do not want to stain it or add any color to the wood; I'd rather have the natural color of the wood come through. Thank you! View answer

Is this safe to use on a indoor/outdoor play gym made from birch plywood. This is the sealer they recommended but I don't see anything about this being safe for kids to be playing around on or whether it can be used on something that will be inside the house half the year (winter months) and outside half the year (summer months). Also how long would it be usable after opening. As in if I plan or reapplying every so often can I buy in bulk and save leftovers for a prolonged period? View answer

Hi there, I'm doing a cedar T&G cabin restoration and I'm looking for a clear coat that will not change the natural look whatsoever. My client had a mold problem due to no ventilation, humid climate & no circulation. I sanded and prepared all the cedar for paint. My clients love the look of the natural cedar, they want to keep this look but every transparent product I've tested so far darkens it. She also wants a gloss on the ceilings and flat on the walls which is basically asking for the impossible to have a variation in the colors but keep the natural Cedar color. Is there a clear or water based transparent product that has had success with this? Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated! View answer
