SAMPLE - Green Building Supply, Penetrating Concrete Sealer Q&A
Activity timeframe
Will GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer work for polished concrete? Do you carry any caulk, sand, or silica substance that can be used to fill cracks in the concrete prior to applying GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer? The concrete in the basement was recently ground to "salt and pepper" look and caulking from radon mitigation was removed with it. The radon levels went up from what they were before. There are various hairline cracks that I planned to grind clean and fill prior to applying the sealer. View answer

Please answer: I have a 1920's brick garage. The outside looks fine. The inside is lined with clay bricks and has some efflorescence/ spalling in one area. I cannot pressure wash. Can I just brush as clean as possible and apply? Do I apply outside and inside? Thank you View answer

1980s construction, poured concrete below grade (heavy clay), block walls mostly below grade to first floor, AFAIK no sealers applied. Semi-conditioned space but +60% humidity often a problem. Is there a recommended moisture percentage (per material)? Also, saw the dewpoint/temp note-does that mean a high RH can be ignored prior or during application? Thanks View answer
