I ordered samples of the Kahrs Avanti floor in three colors... Oak Lecco, Red Oak Nature, and Oak Pima. The Oak Pima and Red Oak Nature were both 7.88" wide, as written in the description. The width of the Oak Lecco sample is 1/2" smaller (not measuring 7.88" wide like the others). Why is this? Is this color a different width board than the others? View answer

We are considering one of your floors to replace artificial maple flooring in our kitchen (it has maple cabinets that give the space a very warm and light feeling). We see two different kinds of flooring (but alas only one of those seems to come in maple): Kahrs Life Wide Hardwood flooring and Kahrs Avanti Tres Hardwood flooring. What is the difference?
