Is the Universal Carpet Seam tape appropriate to join together 2 rolls of the 6 foot wide wool carpet padding for under my 13.5 foot wide heavy Persian area rug? I will also need the tape to piece together the leftovers of the rug for the remaining 1.5 foot width of the rug. Thank you View answer
