Asking if others note a slight warm tone to Silver Birch color -- looking for something midway between a warm light brown and a cooler gray. Have been looking at gray for 20 years, ready for a change but don't really want to go too dark. Also is Silver Birch available now that it's after Mid July? View answer

We have an oak cabinet (veneer shelves and sides, solid doors and trim) that was built about 30 years ago by a local carpenter. We love it but it has had a "doggie doo" smell inside ever since we got it when it was new. It still does! It looks totally normal, but when you open the doors, there it is. Humidity seems to make it worse. We do not know what kind of finish it has, but it is not bare wood. Do you have any suggestions on how we could mitigate this problem? It was less an issue when we lived in Arizona, but here in Indiana it has gotten worse. View answer

Hi we had a recent remodel and recycled cedar panels were used for trim. However, I am highly allergic to mountain cedar and need help without tearing it down. Do you have a oil based polyurethane for indoor use that would seal this cedar to stop the allergens? Thank you View answer

Do you sell this in a smaller size? I am looking at sealers for my concrete 14 square foot shower floor. Your product sounds perfect for me except the cost per ounce options. Either I but a gallon at $.45/oz or a few of your samples at $.9/oz which (obviously) is double the cost. If I go with the lower cost per ounce option, I will have 119 oz left over. It seems if your product is to be used as advertised on "All Rooms, Basements, Bathrooms"...etc. I can't be the only homeowner with a small project wanting a smaller size than a gallon while also wanting the lesser $/oz cost. I have a teak outdoor couch from CB2 (search Naya Sectional online) that has started to turn grey. I am looking for alternatives to "teak oil" which apparently doesn't work that well. However, I know that teak is a special wood because it has so much oil naturally in it. Can I use the Rubio Hybrid Exterior Wood protector on this couch, and what color would you recommended to help preserve the golden color? "teak" color? View answer

Hello! This looks like a great product for our garage floor. What would you recommend for the garage walls (and basement walls)? They have not been painted in decades, have been known to get damp (even wet after heavy rainfall). Would you recommend sanding first (with what product), then priming (with anything in particular), and then painting? We'd like a product that is eco-friendly/non-toxic/low-VOC but that will also hopefully protect against moisture/mildew etc. Thanks very much! View answer

Do the more "wood look"-esque lined planks have a few variations within the same color or all planks within a color are the exact same print? I ask because for example on Welsh Moor the room visualizer repeats the same dark blotch on every plank which is very noticeable as a repeated print but if there were some variations it would be less noticeable. I need to seal in the off gassing from an IKEA particle board kitchen cabinet that's got melamine foil on the outside and plastic edging. Would this product be the best or would another product work better? It also needs to be durable and provide a waterproof barrier against atmospheric moisture (it's in an RV) and water spills from the sink that's above it. Mold and mildew protection in addition would be ideal. Thank you. View answer
