I just ordered 2 gallons for my workshop floor. I need to make some small concrete repairs with Sakrete QuickSet before I spray it on. How long do I need to wait after make the repairs? Directions say it dries in 20 minutes but takes a month to fully cure. Grateful for any guidance. View answer

Can I paint my old concrete basement floor with this? Does it require a primer? I have sealed small cracks that naturally form in the basement concrete through time. Our concrete was poured in the 70's and is still in good shape. Looking to make it look nicer. Not heavily used and will put throw rugs or carpet in areas over it. I am chemically sensitive. Will this work for our basement? View answer

Is caliwel compatible with closed cell foam insulation? We plan to apply caliwell to rafters of a cathedral ceiling and then apply closed cell foam insulation on top of it. Want to make sure Caliwel does not cause issue with closed cell foam adhesion or some sort of chemical reaction. Testing a small area is not an option as the installer will be doing the foam in one large application. View answer

I have removed wallpaper, filled cracks with plaster and sanded those down to create a smooth surface. There are however still some minor imperfections in the wall. Can I use this primer to form a thick smooth coating so my paint layer goes on nicely? Also I am painting a baby room, so will this have no off gassing? And if this is the right primer, what paint can you recommend that will give no voc and no off gassing? Thank you View answer

Will this AFM SafeCoat Polyureseal BP *prevent yellowing* if applied to new, sanded Hoop Pine Plywood (similar to Baltic Birch Plywood) over time? I want to preserve the light, natural color of the wood, so prefer not to use any stain. And will it be successful in repelling moisture, or is there another product to finish/seal with? I plan to install the plywood on the walls and ceiling of my tiny house. View answer

Does this self-level better than ECOS paint? I painted doors with ECOS eggshell paint and could still see brushstrokes whether or not I diluted it. Also, is AFM eggshell more or less shiny than ECOS eggshell? If more, it'll be too shiny... would it be a bad idea to use pearl for bathroom walls? View answer

In the product description this is described as kid and pet friendly, but below one of the responses to the reviews (presumably from the company) says it will scratch and dent if children and pets run around on it - is it able to withstand use by children and pets (dogs) or not? View answer
