I just finished overhauling some ratty wood outdoor rocking chairs. I primed them with water based Latex wood primer then hand painted them with acrylic paints. I am looking for a glossy non yellowing water based top coat to seal them .. would this work? Does this item work well for items outside in heat and cold? Does it have any UV resistant properties? The chairs will sit under a covered porch so they won't be directly exposed to weather extremes. View answer

Currently painting our interior hardwoods floors with porch and patio paint. The color is a cream/light grey color. We applied one coat of satin, water based polyurethane sealant and the floors turned yellow. Applied with roller as it is too large of an area to apply with brush. Tried to not apply too thick. Will your sealant NOT turn the floors yellow?? And can it be applied with a roller?? View answer

My tile installer slopped thinset on my new vinyl plank floors. I asked them to clean it up, but they only partially cleaned the floors. There is a lot left that is really hard now. I didn't imagine it was going to be such a hard to remove it. Calling the tile people back is not an option at this point. What do I use that will remove the thinset without damaging the floors? Answer posted 6 years ago | SAMPLE - Forbo Marmoleum Real - Sheet, Golden Saffron
Getting ready to install the Marmoleum Click we received yesterday. In those areas where the panels must be cut to fit around obstructions or can't be angled in, Forbo's instructions call for shaving down the groove side of the panel and to use "wood glue" to substitute for the click mechanism. They don't specify what type of "wood glue." Am I free to use the "Titebond II" indoor/outdoor wood glue that I have on hand? One video that I found recommends using vinyl adhesive caulk, which gave me some cause for concern. Thank you in advance for your response! View answer

I have a 1958 built house with a sunroom that has a concrete floor. It was painted with exterior green concrete paint that is easily rubbed off on your hand in the form of a dust. Can I paint over this with your paint or do I need to get rid of the old green paint first? View answer
