For an RV/Fifth Wheel would it not be sufficient to keep the interior AC running continuously to provide that temperature, or does the external side (bottom) of the vehicle floor also need to be at that temperature? I have a juniper shower wall that I want to seal or coat to offer more protection. This shower doesn't get used frequently, maybe once a month at most, but I want more than just the raw wood. Though I used a waterproof glue between each tongue and groove seam, I hope to get more protection from water damage and was looking for something appropriate for a vertical space that will get wet. I have oil based paint on my cabinets and woodwork in my home. House was painted 16 years ago when I purchased it. It is now needing to be painted but I am allergic to toxic oil based paint. I have been told my cabinets should be sanded and a primer applied before painting a water based latex paint. I am trying to prevent off gassing in a box truck with a wooden floor.
