We are planning on putting this over porcelain tile. We are in Arizona where the climate is really dry. Do we need to use a moisture barrier or can we go straight on the tile? We are worried about something spilling on the floors and the barrier having an opposite effect and causing mold because there is no way for it to breathe. View answer

We are planning on putting this in a bathroom as well. On their install-info on the website, it states " However, in order to prevent the water to penetrate under the installed floor (which can create conditions for growing of fungus, mold or smell), a polyurethane sealant must be applied on expansion joints.
