I am hoping to safely cover a wood cabinet that still has a small amount of lead paint residue. I want a product that will provide a clear finish. It is the inside of a bathroom vanity, so some water resistance is required. Would this product be recommended for my project? Thank you! View answer

Hi there, I am looking for a sealer to seal wooden dough bowls that will be made into candles. My questions are, does this product seal wood? If so, once I make the candle and burn it, would toxic or harmful odors be released into the air from the sealer? I need a sealer that seals wood, is non toxic once it gets heated and is fire safe.Thank you View answer

I want in my bathroom but am hesitant due to the chance of water seeping into seems and getting moldy or warping the material, esp since it is a layered veneer. (I am also concerned about pipes bursting now that I just survived this TX ice storm and am afraid the cork would be ruined whereas my current tile os holding up well). Will you please speak to this? I have a room with asbestos tile. I would like to use it as a sewing and embroidery room. I would like to keep the tile safely. Could I use a sealant on the surface to make it safer? I don't want to disturb it, but am wondering if the vibration of the sewing machines would cause fibers to dislodge? View answer

Can sheet marmoleum be laid over sheet vinyl, if it is embossed? Would it have to be glued down? I also have a problem knowing if I can extend the marmoleum from the kitchen down the foyer & bedroom hallway. The bathroom is off the bedroom hallway. Will it look weird if the pattern installed in the bathroom looks too different from hallway? View answer

I want to have a Marmoleum "rug" for under my dining room table. This will allow me to clean up under my toddlers high chair and protect our hard wood from the chairs scooting into and away from our table. My question is do you sell a border that goes all the way around the flooring planks? A frame so to speak? Another solution would be a roll form of Marmoleum is that available? View answer

Can you use a sprayer to apply? I have a 100 year old house with a fieldstone foundation. When I purchased in 2006 it was already coated in a thick white covering that was peeling off and as a result there is lots of dust from the crumbling stone. I tried to cover it with a product I got from Home Depot that had to be brushed on. I had to use a large bristle brush and it was next to impossible as the stuff was so gloppy that as I brushed it on it would pull off what was already applied and it was difficult to get into the crevices. I also rolled it on to my damp concrete floor. It all started peeling off within a year. I need something that will seal my floors and foundation from the inside that can be sprayed on. View answer
