Hello, I'm looking to install marmoleum in a condo. Our building regulations require a 1/2" cork underlayment plus 1/8" isolation foam material beneath all hard floors. The base floor is concrete. Would it be possible to install marmoleum on top of these? Thank you! View answer

We have an African Grey Parrot family member. We are very careful not to use anything scented around her in our daily lives. We have held off on painting our home because we didn't want to risk harming her in any way. Can you verify that your paint will not harm her? View answer

Is the 12mm version of their natural cork on permanent backorder? We are looking for an underlayment with excellent resistance to compression to avoid telegraphing the grout lines of the ceramic tiles beneath the laminate planks we are installing, and so would prefer the thickest cork possible. Is this clear or white? I'm looking to CLEAR SEAL only the 'slide-out' luan walls in my RV bedroom against moisture, mildew, and potential VOC emissions. Would 3 coats of this work (IF it's clear) since the AFM Safecoat Zero VOC paint does not come in clear? Or what is recommended for this purpose (I don't want to cover the 'wallpaper look' that matches the rest of the walls I won't be sealing.) View answer

I want in my bathroom but am hesitant due to the chance of water seeping into seems and getting moldy or warping the material, esp since it is a layered veneer. (I am also concerned about pipes bursting now that I just survived this TX ice storm and am afraid the cork would be ruined whereas my current tile os holding up well). Will you please speak to this?
