can you use a power scrubber and 3m scotch brite scrubbing pad to clean large areas?

Sure this can work, although you might want to test it first with a small quantity. This product comes in a gallon size that might be more cost effective. Another good product is our HydroxiPro Concentrate which is designed for heavy duty commercial applications and can be diluted to suit.
