Pet accident odors can be extremely difficult to get out of carpet so we can not guarantee that the odor will disappear but these are the options worth trying. If the carpet is synthetic, you can use the AFM Safe Choice Carpet Shampoo and the HydrOxiPro Encapsulating Spotter Stain Remover. If the Carpet is Wool or a Wool Blend use the Wool Clean Spot Removal Kit.
