As great as the Gulf Synthetics products are, they are not miracle workers and will not repair rotten deck parts, and should absolutely not be applied over rotten wood.
Replacing deck . Some joists are rotten on top up to 2 or 3 inches. Will this product fill rotten wood areas ? Gulf Synthetics PermaBond Wood Stains & Sealers
