With proper preparation of the substrate, proper application, and proper care, we believe the system will last up to 10 years. There is no way to guarantee performance as it is dependent on exposure to the elements, foot traffic, and how well it was applied. This estimate of longevity is based on what we have seen and heard from the manufacture and end-user experiences.
