While the deck revive could be used on the railings and spindles, it is meant more for walking horizontal surfaces. It has a fine aggregate mixed in to help prevent slickness, which might feel and look odd on railings. We recommend using the same color of paint you mix in with the Deck Revive as simply paint for these surfaces.
