If you are priming brand new sheetrock, yes, you will use this ECOS Interior Wall Primer topcoated with ECOS Interior Wall and Ceiling Paint. If it is going over current paint, you will use ECOS Universal Primer and topcoat with the ECOS Interior Wall and Ceiling Paint.
