Per Ecos, the amount of zeolite used is commensurate with the anticipated needs of a "standard" room in terms of its off-gassing characteristics. In essence, the paint should have sufficient absorptive capacity for a seven year period. Of course, in some highly off-gassing rooms the capacity could be exceeded in a shorter period of time.
