I am wanting to block in as much off gassing as possible from new drywall in an entire house. Is this the best option for new drywall? I assume AFM paint would be the best to use with this primer, but could I also use ECOS paint with this primer? I just want to seal in as much as possible throughout my entire house.

As great as ECOS paints are, they do nothing to encapsulate off-gassing. So if your goal is to block off-gassing, you want to use the AFM Primers and Paints.AFM New Wallboard Primecoat on the new drywall, followed by AFM Zero VOC Paint.
