Clean it well with a neutral pH cleaner so there isn't residue. Then, prime with AFM Safecoat Transitional Primer and topcoat with AFM Safecoat Concrete Floor Paint. It must be primed first.
Hillyard seal 341 was used by our contractors to seal our floor. Can the concrete paint be applied over it? Thank you! AFM SafeCoat, Concrete Floor Paint Paints & Primers
