AFM Concrete Floor Paint is designed for concrete floors but they must be clean, dry, free of old mastics or other contaminants. If the surface is questionable and does not meet these standards, then priming/sealing with our AFM Transitional Primer would be required first. Sanding is not required of this paint but it may be required if your subfloor does not meet the standards above.
