Can I use this primer on walls that are already painted? I have a small room that is half new drywall and half painted, and would prefer not to buy two different primers if possible, as I will end up with leftover.

AFM Primecoat was designed specifically for unpainted drywall. Do not use on painted walls.To save money, use ECOS Drywall Primer on raw drywall on one half and ECOS WAll Primer on painted drywall. These both come in quarts which will make it easier on the pocketbook.
