AFM SafeCoat, New Wallboard Primecoat contains no lime (it has limestone, which is different). We'd not recommend this for a lime wash primer.The only products we carry that contain lime (and actively help prevent mold growth) are the Caliwel line of products. Paints that are not intended to be painted over. Caliwel Home and Office Mold and Mildew Inhibitor (for seen/exposed surfaces) and Caliwel Industrial Mold and Mildew Inhibitor (for behind the scenes applications).
