Yes, this primer is designed to be mixed 1/3 primer to 2/3 Silacote paint. It's recommended you use untinted paint for this purpose.
Do I have to mix it with paint? I am hoping to paint it over with Lime paint Silacote Concrete/Masonry Primer Paints & Primers
