Sure, Caliwel can be used anywhere. It does not know whether its in a van or in a home or an office. If the surface is full of mold, it should be wiped down first. If it is very rough or with a questionable surface, the surface should be primed first. Otherwise, no priming is necessary. The Caliwel Industrial is for areas behind the wall, floor or ceiling that are unseen. The Home and Office is for surfaces that you will see.
