I want to paint over a light beige asbestos tile flooring. I was planning to use ECOS floor paint. Do I need to use a primer? And if I put on a sealer (eg AFM Safecoat Polyureseal) should that be applied before or after the paint?

We recommend using AFM Safecoat Transitional Primer first and then the AFM Safecoat Concrete Floor Paint or ECOS Exterior Porch Paint atop that. If you use the primer in combination with either paint, you will not need the Polyureseal BP. The purpose of paint is to reduce the friability (dust particles) of the asbestos tile.
