Is this product truly waterproof? Or is this just clever marketing speak? I have three children, all of whom loves baths and a husband who is obsessed with taking at least two showers a day, I have a wet bathroom and need some flooring but am wary of anything that says "waterproof"

Yes, 100% waterproof. We have tested this ourself for more than a week underwater and it absorbed virtually no water and did not change shape or color in any way. It will hold up fine for bathrooms and does not produce any toxic off-gassing. It is also very comfortable to walk on and cleans just like any hardwood floor.
