Yes, it could be applied, but due to the weight, you might need to glue and nail both. Our Wakol non-toxic adhesive is the best for this purpose. However, we now offer a wall cork called Dekwall which is designed for walls. It is lighter, less expensive and easier to apply for DIY. We have this in stock and can ship immediately.
