Per their installation guide https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/c..., it states, "Never install Wicanders floating floors without using a PE moisture barrier film with a minimum thickness of 6mil. DO NOT install the PE over WOODEN subfloor. "To translate: You can install the Cork GO over plywood, the quotation indicates you should not have a PE moisture barrier if installing the Cork GO over a wood subfloor. In that case, you would place the Cork GO directly onto the wood subfloor.
