I'm trying to choose between using the sheet or the click for a residential art room. I see that the click is water resistant. Would the click be problematic if a bowl of water was spilled but cleaned immediately. Also, the room would have a large heavy solid wood table in the middle. Would the clicks buckle from weight?

Provided you clean up water spills right away, and your subfloor is level, the Marmoleum Click should work just fine for you. Forbo recommends using spacers under very heavy tables to spread the load under the feet.
