Hello, I'm looking to install marmoleum in a condo. Our building regulations require a 1/2" cork underlayment plus 1/8" isolation foam material beneath all hard floors. The base floor is concrete. Would it be possible to install marmoleum on top of these? Thank you!

That assembly would be too much for Click Cinch Loc. The increased cushion could cause excess stress on the clicking mechanism which could result in creaking or breaking quite rapidly. Cinch Loc can handle max 1/8" under it.
