That all depends on whether the people are having allergic reactions to what might be off-gassing into the house from the walls. ECOS paints are great paints, but they will not block VOCs that may be off-gassing from the walls from previous materials used. If you need to block off-gassing from the walls we would recommend you use the one-two punch of AFM Safecoat Transitional Primer and Zero VOC Paint, which is formulated to work together to encapsulate your walls and prevent chemical VOC off-gassing. (This answer makes all kind of assumptions about what chemicals/allergens the people are reacting to, walls are obviously just one source, things might be coming from the floors, the kitchen cabinets, or many other places.
