For water-based stains, we carry BioShield Aqua Resin Stain Finish which is zero-VOC and non-toxic. We also carry AFM DuroTone which is very low-VOC. Neither product smells or off-gasses once dry.Both of these stains are designed to color the floor, but they don't seal it. For that you need our AFM Safecoat Polyureseal BP. This water-based polyurethane is free of solvents and hazardous air pollutants. Once dry in about 48 hours, there is virtually no odor. It comes in either a gloss or satin finish.We offer samples of all these products so you can test your personal tolerance, as well as test for color.
