I need a quality product to seal and protect a wood deck.? it's older (12 yrs+) but in good condition. White using lot of chemical to remove the old resin stain,,I've been wondering what other options are available. Definitely staying with brown wood colors.

We offer two options: oil based Rubio Monocoat Hybrid Oil or water-based Vermont Natural Coatings Polywhey Exterior Stain. Both are available in brown colors. Samples are available for both. We do not recommend the Aqua Resin Stain Finish.
