Hi, I�d like to apply the indigo stain on wood that has already been stained. I'll sand it some first, but not down to fresh wood. Will this work?

There are too many variables to say for sure. Type and thickness of existing stain, how much is sanded off, porosity of the wood, etc. You have to test with a sample. Samples are available on our website so you can test for color, absorption, etc.
