I have some bare drywall that appears to be outgassing in a new bedroom. I'm chemically sensitive and would like to try your SafeCoat transitional primer to seal the drywall, then paint over with your Safecoat zero VOC flat. Would this work? I tried primecoat HPV before but didn't like the smell.

Using our AFM Transitional Primer and then covering with AFM Zero VOC paint will encapsulate any VOCs, however, it's questionable whether there are any VOCs in drywall, unless it is Chinese drywall. If you can confirm that there are VOCs, then this two-step process will definitely help. If, however, there is some other odor that may be emanating from another source, it might not help.
