I have some bare drywall that appears to be outgassing in a new bedroom. Using our AFM Transitional Primer and then covering with AFM Zero VOC paint will encapsulate any VOCs, however, it's questionable whether there are any VOCs in drywall, unless it is Chinese drywall. If you can confirm that there are VOCs, then this two-step process will definitely help. If, however, there is some other odor that may be emanating from another source, it might not help.
