Does this line of paint offer a primer that will stick to a previously painted semi gloss finish?

We do sell AFM Safecoat Transitional Primer. Being that you are going over a semi-gloss paint, you should degloss the surface (lightly sand it until it is no longer semi-glossy) to ensure there is teeth for the primer to bond onto.
