Vermont Natural Coatings PolyWhey, Exterior, Penetrating Stain is meant for decks and not the Water Proofer. Per the verbiage on the product page, it states, "It may be used on new, pressure-treated and weathered wood (pressure treated wood should sit for 6 months to a year before application)." So you will need to let your deck sit for 6 months to a year before you use it. You may order small samples online to test first.
