Yes. Provided it is not already sealed and the plywood is not freshly pressure treated. There is a straightforward test for this, if you spray water on the surface of the wood and water will either bead on surface, or soaks into the wood. If water soaks in, the wood it is able to accept Penetrating Water Proofer. If the water just beads on the surface, then the surface is either already sealed, or the wood has been pressure treated and needs to season/dry out for 6-8 months before it can accept a penetrating product such as this.Please see application guidelines for more details : https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/core/media/media.nl?id=914045&c=772072&h=82
