No it won't work because it is a penetrating sealer and won't penetrate past your existing finish.Take a look at our AFM Polyureseal EXT which is an exterior topical coating.
I saw from the other questions that this is safe for bamboo. However, I have sealed bamboo patio furniture. Would this product work or is another one better? SAMPLE - Vermont Natural Coatings, Exterior, Penetrating Water Proofer Wood Stains & Sealers
