This is a clear, penetrating colorless product that soaks into the wood to waterproof it, leaving the appearance of the wood unchanged unless you get it wet (and then the water beads up on the surface). If you want a colored stain product we would recommend the Vermont Natural Coatings Poly Whey Exterior product or the Rubio Hybrid Exterior Wood Protector.
