The VNC Waterproofer will protect from moisture but it is clear and does not protect from UV. It there is no sun it will be fine, but if it's in direct sun the sealer will only last a few years and turn grey. The VNC PolyWhey Exterior Stain, on the other hand comes in colors (but it is not a waterproofer). It's the pigments that block the UV and provides a much longer lasting finish. That would be our #1 suggestions. 2 coats, wet on damp. Make sure you apply quickly after the first coat soaks in. Do not let the first coat dry or the second will bead up and will not soak in.
