Definitely not the Vermont waterproofer, as it only protects raw (unpainted) wood against water and has no visible coating. For a painted floor you want something with abrasion resistance. As it is already painted/sealed you want a topical finish to go over that. AFM Safecoat EXT Exterior Polyureseal Clear is our recommendation provided the paint that is on the floor is water based and is in good shape (not peeling or flaking off). If it is a gloss paint, you will want to lightly sand so the sealer has some teeth is can grip onto.
