Can I apply the Vermont Natural Coatings stain over AFM Safecoat DynoSeal? Or stain it first with Vermont, and then DynoSeal? it's for a raised garden and I want to stain all outside boards but also coat the inside. What is the best temperature to apply both products?

For the inside of the raised garden bed, use only DynoSeal. You can't stain over it even if you tried because it won't take the stain and it's almost black in color. For the outside of the garden bed, use Vermont Natural Coating by itself. In any case, 55 degrees or higher would be best for application.
