No. The penetrating concrete sealer seeps into the concrete and seals the top 1/8 to 1/4 inch from beneath upward, leaving the concrete appearing to be unfinished and uncoated. The only time you will know there is a sealer there is when the floor gets wet. The water will bed on the surface rather than soaking into the concrete.What is the kind of finish you desire?
