Can I use this to seal my concrete before laying a moisture barrier and waterproof cork flooring? Is this necessary? I'm trying to avoid mold growth under the moisture barrier.

That could be a common application for Caliwel Industrial, which will adhere quite well to a concrete surface and it will keep protecting the concrete under the floating floor from mold growth. Two or three coats will need to be applied by brush, roller or airless sprayer over bare concrete without use of any primer - only vacuuming the surface prior to the Caliwel application.
