If the crack is wide enough (larger than a hairline) then you can use our ChemLink M-1 to seal it. https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/search?search_query=m-1 It's their best product and it will permanently seal the crack. It has almost no odor when wet, and once dry will emit nothing. It has ultra-low VOC content but is non-toxic and contains no solvents. Epoxy is expensive, messy and off-gasses hazardous chemicals. It is also brittle and will not withstand any movement of concrete. The M-1 will expand and contract up to 25% or more, as needed, without pulling apart or cracking. Hairline cracks, on the other hand, are common but difficult to seal, due to their tiny opening. Most caulk guns can't get inside of them. Even the best self-leveling caulks are too thick. It doesn't hurt to apply over the top of a crack if it will be covered by paint or flooring.
